Pursuant to Shamong's Ordinance No. 2022-14: to ensure that all vacant, abandoned and foreclosed properties are maintained and in compliance with all applicable codes, they must be registered.
On Sept. 5th, 2023, Shamong contracted with MuniReg LLC, a third-party company, to administer the community's registry.
